Troy was a participant at Wulgunggo Ngalu Larning Place and this is his story.
Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place was established following the Royal Commission into Aborginal Deaths in Custody. It helps to reduce rates of re-offending and recidivism by connecting young, Indigenous men with their culture and runs programs that help with building life skills.
