Tassie’s State Film Festival Goes Online – and Free
The Tasmanian Breath of Fresh Air (BOFA) Film Festival’s response to the Covid-19 crisis has been to go totally online and free – and is available for Australians anywhere around the nation from Friday 1st to Sunday 17th May.
“We were gutted that our 10th anniversary BOFA film festival should be cancelled and so we looked around to find a solution” says Festival Director, Owen Tilbury. “In collaboration with Dacast, one of the leading online streaming companies in the US, we created Australia’s first feature length FREE ONLINE Film Festival!”

There are 19 brilliant films from 14 different countries free online over 17 days, a mix of new features and some great BOFA Retrospectives. Film lovers can binge a lot or choose one or two.
