TPH x Four Pillars: WILD WINTER NIGHTS.

MANDY, the sophomore feature from experimental genre filmmaker Panos Cosmatos (BEYOND THE BLACK RAINBOW) has been called everything from “batshit crazy” (IndieWire) to “ethereally beautiful” (Village Voice) and it’s returning to TPH!

Pacific Northwest, 1983. Outsiders Red Miller (Nicolas Cage) and Mandy Bloom (Andrea Riseborough) lead a loving and peaceful existence. When their pine-scented haven is savagely destroyed by a cult led by the sadistic Je-remiah Sand (Linus Roache), Red is catapulted into a phantasmagoric journey filled with bloody vengeance and laced with fire.

Critics are praising Nicolas Cage’s portrayal of Red in the film, declaring that “at long last, he’s found a movie willing to match his crazed intentions” (IndieWire).
