The world's best movie! (give or take a couple) ” Director Phil O'Brien

Presented by Bill Mousoullis, THE BOAT WITH NO NAME is A community film from North-East Arnhem Land, a comedy-spiritual, made by Indigenous and non-Indigenous people for next to no money. A small community who has lost their school teacher due to government cutbacks gains a boat thanks to an inheritance, and sets about making some money “to buy a teacher”. The film is both full of quirky Aussie humour and full of beauty and sweetness.
